Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Discounted items are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
Accessories are also refundable under the same conditions.

Do you offer alterations for clothing not purchased from your store?

Yes! We accept outside alterations on all types of clothing, not just suits.
Turnaround time is fast: same day, 3 -5 days, or up to 1.5 weeks, depending on workload and complexity.

How does the made to measure process work?

We take your full body measurements and construct your custom suit based on your exact specs.
You’ll return for a final fitting, where our tailors will make any adjustments needed to perfect the fit no extra charge.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome!
You can also book an appointment online, by phone, or in person, whichever is easiest for you.
We do not charge for consultations.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship both domestically and internationally.
Shipping fees apply but we do not charge any markup, you pay exactly what the carrier charges.

Do you sell accessories?

Yes! We offer cufflinks, tie clips, tuxedo studs, and more, all available in store and online.
Accessories are refundable if they meet our return conditions.

How fast can you finish a suit or alteration?

Off the rack suits + tailoring: Same day or within 3 - 5 days.

1. Made to measure suits: Typically ready in 1 to 1.5 weeks (including final fitting).

2. Alterations: Same day to 1 week, depending on complexity.
